Irvine Cove (North)
On one of the most prestigious sites along the California coast, this original 14,000 sq. ft. home not only ignored the magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean, but had to be tailored to accommodate a family that included two small children, swimming activities and tennis. In order to maximize the ocean views as well as needed redesign of the plan, 2,500 sq. ft. of the existing home was eliminated. The “rotunda” was reconfigured to provide a 180 degree of the ocean below, unbelievable sunsets and on-going social functions.
